Your first visit includes a consultation and comprehensive exam from our experienced orthodontist, Dr. Pawar, and it won’t cost you a thing.

Before you visit us for your consultation, you can fill out your new patient forms online! This way, your visit will be as efficient as possible.
First, you’ll be greeted with a smile from our friendly team. (That will never change. We’ll always be happy to see you!)
You’ll meet with one of our new patient coordinators, who will give you a tour of the office and get to know a little bit about you. Once you’re comfortable with your surroundings, we’re ready to begin your orthodontic exam!
Next, one of our experienced orthodontic assistants will use the advanced iTero® handheld scanner to take quick digital impressions of your teeth and bite.
The iTero device produces quick, easy, comfortable digital impression scan (no goopy putty necessary) but it also allows you to preview your predicted treatment results before you begin treatment! You’ll be able to see a digital simulation of your new smile at your very first visit.
We’ll take digital x-rays with our low-radiation x-ray machine. If needed, a CBCT scan will be taken to assess areas of concern.
Your orthodontist will use these diagnostic photos, digital impression scan and x-rays to create your personalized treatment plan!
Then, we’ll head over to our consultation room where you’ll meet your orthodontist! Dr. Tripti Pawar will perform a detailed exam of your teeth and bite.
Dr. Pawar will discuss all of her findings with you, present you with our treatment options, and discuss what you can expect throughout your orthodontic journey.
We’ll answer all of your questions and tell you everything you need to know about your braces or Invisalign® treatment.
While Dr. Pawar is creating your very own personalized treatment plan, our new patient coordinator will sit down with you and work out a financial plan that helps you cover the cost for braces or Invisalign.
We’ll discuss your needs, calculate your insurance benefit, review our office policies, and develop a payment plan with low monthly payments.
Now, it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! We are proud to offer Same Day Starts, which means you won’t have to wait until your next appointment to start treatment. If you choose braces, Dr. Pawar can place your braces during your first visit.
If you choose Invisalign clear aligners, we can take your digital impression scan at your first visit, and begin the process to create your custom clear aligners!
