Can I use a payment plan for braces or Invisalign in 2026?

Orthodontic treatment is a priceless investment — but that doesn’t mean cost isn’t a factor. We understand this, especially with the current state of the country! We’re always looking for ways to make orthodontics more affordable and more convenient for you and your family.

If you’re thinking about investing in yourself and transforming your smile, we have some great news for you.

Can I use a payment plan for braces or Invisalign® in 2026? Yes, you can! You don’t have to pay in full for orthodontics. At Greater Northwest Orthodontics, we offer flexible financing for Invisalign and braces to make treatment affordable for every budget.

Here’s how:

Your best smile — within your budget.

In 2026, you have a lot more options when it comes to financing Invisalign and braces — and beginning the journey to your best self. We offer flexible financing for braces as well as Invisalign.

On your first visit, we’ll calculate your treatment cost and show you all the ways we help make orthodontics affordable:

1. Pay over time with 0% interest, in-house financing.

Our flexible, in-house financing option allows you to spread out payments over time with 0% interest and no hidden fees.

When you visit Dr. Pawar and our team, we’ll get to know you, chat about your needs, and work with you to create a custom financing plan with an affordable down payment and low monthly payments.

2. Insurance covers more than you may think!

Dental insurance can cover a lot more of your orthodontics cost than you may think! We’re in-network with most insurances, including Delta Dental PPO and United Health Care, and our team will handle all of the paperwork for you.

We’re here to help you receive the maximum benefit from your dental insurance plan!

We’ll calculate your orthodontic insurance coverage, apply it to your treatment cost, then work out a custom Invisalign payment plan or braces monthly payment plan to cover the rest.

3. Use your FSA, HSA, or tax refund.

Did you know that you can also apply your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to your orthodontics cost? Using your FSA or HSA for braces or Invisalign is one of the most impactful ways to use either savings account.

You can combine your FSA or HSA funds and insurance coverage for even more savings, and then we can work out a 0% interest financing plan to help you manage your remaining balance.

If you’re expecting a nice tax refund this year, consider putting it toward a life-changing smile transformation! A beautiful, healthy smile is the gift that keeps giving for the rest of your life.

4. We offer special discount opportunities too!

We’ll match you with any of our discount opportunities! We offer discounts for patients who pay in-full for treatment, military personnel/families, for family members of patients, teachers, and first responders/healthcare heroes.

How much is Invisalign with insurance

The cost of Invisalign with insurance will depend on the cost of your treatment, and then the amount that your specific insurance plan covers.

On average, insurance plans typically cover anywhere from 25 to 50% of the total cost, so you’d only be responsible for the remaining balance, which we can work into a flexible, 0% interest payment plan.

Our team will verify your benefits for you, file the insurance paperwork for you, and help you receive the max coverage from your plan.

We can also work out a payment plan for braces without insurance, or a payment plan for Invisalign without insurance to help you manage your cost. Whether you have insurance or not, we’re here to create a financing solution that works for your budget and makes your new smile possible!

How to Pay for Invisalign, Invisalign or Braces Monthly

We’ll use these x-rays and 3D model of your smile to identify the orthodontic issue and its severity, then determine the cost of treatment.

We’ll also calculate your insurance benefit, apply any HSA/FSA funds you may have, and determine your remaining treatment cost.

3. Let’s create your custom financing plan!

Finally, we’ll work out an in-house financing plan with 0% interest if that’s what you choose! We’ll chat through your needs to come up with a down payment and monthly payments that work for you.
